Former Job Card Issue

Job Card Holder : T.Venkatamma
I was taken a planning through the former land ( Sericulture Plantation and Shed ). But it is not showing in Resolution. Again and again i went to former land taking planning but still it is showing already Submitted. it is not clearing so far please solve this issue Sir.
